How to activate a coupon (code)
There are two ways:
Method 1
The fastest and easiest way is, of course, in the game.
Press Esc and go to the menu. If you have the new menu interface, you don’t need to click any additional buttons. If you have the old interface, click the “Switch menu” button at the bottom of the menu and switch to the new interface.
Next, click on the “Support” tab – Coupons
Copy and paste the 12-digit promo code (coupon) – Use.
Method 2
In addition to the above method, there is another way if for some reason you were unable to use BDO coupons in the game.
To activate your Black Desert coupon, please follow these steps:
- Go to the official website of the game.
- Hover over the tab – SHOP
- In the drop-down menu you will see – Redeem Coupon Code
- Log in and enter the coupon
