- character of Lv. 55 or higher
- completed the “Oberin’s Tragedy” quest chain with the alchemist Ashim from the Ibellab Oasis
- The “Revenge Begins” knowledge was obtained from Marzana in the Ibellab Oasis
- Have knowledge on Kayal Nesser
- Have knowledge on Bertod
If all conditions are met, go to the Arehaza tavern (entrance behind the headman Dudora Doriven).
