To obtain the Perilla’s Star alchemy stone in Black Desert, you need to complete a special storyline questline for Fughar.
Basic Conditions
Character: Quests can be taken by a seasonal character or a character who has graduated from the season.
Start: The quest “[Perilla’s Star] Fughar’s Woe” is accepted from the Black Spirit in the “Main” section.
Reward: Upon completing the entire chain, you will receive an “Season Special Gift Exchange Coupon” which can be exchanged with Fughar for the Perilla’s Star itself (or other seasonal rewards, if not yet received).
