To travel to the Land of the Morning, interact with the Mystical Map in the Sea Palace.

Follow the navigation and dive into the swirling sea to gain knowledge at the Sea Palace (Refer to the quest summary window if you didn’t learn the Sea Palace knowledge)
If you couldn’t acquire the relevant knowledge, go to Durong, the Shellfolk Captain, to obtain his knowledge.

After you explore the second location, a route will appear; you’ll need to swim to it. Exit through the gate and you’ll see a yellow pillar of light in the seaweed on the left.
Then return through the entrance to the Sea Palace.
