The sand spirit can be found in the sands of the Valencia desert, it looks like a small cactus on the sand, hit it to make the spirit come out and start attacking
There are many sand spirits in the desert, but if you can’t find one, here is the place closest to the capital Valencia.

August 9 – A Victory Yar’ll Never Forget
Defeat Shakatu in a game of Yar!
Reward: All Evasion + 1 (Family-wide)
August 17 – Big and Shy
Defeat 10 Gahaz Bandits
Kill 10 bandits in Gahaz Bandits’ Lair (Valencia).
Reward: All Accuracy + 5 (Family-wide)
August 21 – Thankful to be Alive
Meet the butler of Shakatu’s villa
You need to purchase a Shakatu’s Villa Invitation for 10,000,000 silver and go inside Shakatu’s Villa, talk to the Villa Manager Serazad.
You can also use the Secret Book of Old Moon to enter the villa.
