The Ator’s Power Stone in Black Desert is a permanent alchemy stone that is awarded for completing the entire main story questline in the Ulukita region.
It is a free alternative to Vell’s Heart for the mid-game.

All Accuracy +9

Casting Speed +4%
Features of use
It cannot be registered on the Central Market.
Cannot be equipped by Season Characters.
Forever:
This stone does not decay.
It can be charged using 
Mystical Spirit Powder or 
Vell’s Fine Powder, just like regular alchemy stones.
Upgrade:
Ator’s Power Stone can be upgraded to Blessed or Exalted, granting it additional stats (increased defense and damage reduction).
