With the introduction of Alchemy Mastery in the MMORPG Black Desert Online, alchemy stones of destruction and protection were added.
Alchemical stones of destruction and protection have the same effect as normal alchemy stones, but they have low durability and cannot be recharged, polished, or growing.
These alchemical stones are divided into two types: destruction and protection. Each type comes in six grades. The gradation begins with sharp stones (green, blue, gold), followed by Resplendent, Splendid, and Shining.
Their effects are the same as those of alchemy stones with similar names. For example, the Resplendent Spirit Stone of Destruction: All AP +10, All Accuracy +12, Attack Speed +6%, Casting Speed +6%, which are the same effects as the golden Resplendent Alchemy Stone of Destruction.
However, there are many differences between regular alchemy stones and the alchemy stones of destruction and protection.

These alchemy stones have a total of 20 durability. Durability corresponds to the number of uses you can make. Therefore, once its durability reaches 0, you simply discard it.
Alchemy stones of destruction and protection cannot be recharged, polished, or growing. However, they are cheap and can be sold on the central market.
Furthermore, these stones can be milled to obtain Alchemy Stone Shards, which are used to create Vell’s Heart and other items.
Alchemy stones of destruction and protection can only be crafted using an alchemy table installed in your home once you have over 500 Alchemy Mastery. The chance of obtaining a better stone increases as your Alchemy Mastery increases.

A Reagent of Harmonious Spirits can be obtained by completing a daily quest from Alchemist Alustin in Velia if at least Alchemy Master 10 or Alchemy Mastery 800.
