Perilla’s Star is a unique Alchemy Stone in Black Desert Online that cannot be purchased. It is obtained once per account as a “Season Special Gift.”
How to Obtain Perilla’s Star
To get this item, you must:
- Complete the Questline: Accept the quest “[Perilla’s Star] Fughar’s Woe” from your Black Spirit.
- Requirements: Your character must be Level 50 or higher (either a Season Character or a graduated one).
- Exchange: Upon finishing the chain, you will receive a Season Special Gift Exchange Coupon. Give this to Fughar and select “Perilla’s Star” from the reward list.

Equip it in the Alchemy Stone slot. When activated (press U), it grants:
Defense (DP): 1
Damage Reduction: 1
Monster Damage Reduction Rate +5%
All Damage Reduction +4
Recover 3 HP on Hits

Key Features
This stone is often used in defensive builds.
Infinite Use: It does not disappear. Recharge it using Alchemy Stone Polishing (Alchemy Powder or Mystical Spirit Powder).
Upgrading: Perilla’s Star can be upgraded to Blessed or Exalted version, adding additional stats (increased defense and damage reduction).
