Vell’s Heart is one of the most sought-after alchemy stones in Black Desert, providing a significant boost to attack power and unique character bonuses.
How to get Vell’s Heart
There are three main ways to obtain Vell’s Heart:
- Buy at central market
- Boss Reward:
- Small chance to drop when defeating Vell, who appears in Margoria Ocean (Heart of the Ocean).
- Processing:
- Can be crafted independently through the processing (L) – Simple Alchemy from the following materials

Features of use
This alchemy stone is often used in various builds for both PvP and PvE.
Forever
This stone does not decay.
It can be charged using 
Mystical Spirit Powder or 
Vell’s Fine Powder, just like regular alchemy stones.
Upgrade
Vell’s Heart can be upgraded to Blessed or Exalted, granting it additional stats (increased defense and damage reduction).

When combining alchemy stones, blessed or exalted alchemy stones can only be combined after you extract the reform stone first.
To extract an reform stone, buy a Mirror of Equilibrium (20,000,000 silver) from a blacksmith in any major city, open the “Extract Reform Stone” interface at the blacksmith, and extract the reform stone. After extraction, you will receive a alchemy stone before enhancement and an reform stone.

How to separation a combined Vell’s Heart
A Vell’s Heart combined with an alchemy stone can be separation using a separation through Processing (L) – Simple Alchemy.
However, if Vell’s Heart has been enhanced with reform stone after combined with the alchemy stone, the reform stone must first be removed using the Mirror of Equilibrium, as described above
